| When PIE contacted them, AMI
had no in-house IT department. Whenever AMI had
an IT requirement they had to go through a tedious
process of identifying different software vendors
who would qualify AMI’s stringent criteria
and then AMI would outsource work to them. |
| WE partnered with AMI three years
ago with a small project; this enabled us to build
the required trust and confidence between PIE and
AMI. Today PIE is a “Total Solution Provider”
for all AMI's IT requirements. We have a dedicated
VPN line that keeps us connected to AMI all the
time and provide the required IT solution. |
| Taking a step further, PIE has
strengthened the relationship with AMI by also providing
back office support. The data gathered by AMI offices
across the world is send to PIE’s office through
the dedicated VPN network in India. This data is
then collated, presented in the various formats
designed by PIE and sent back to AMI to be sold
as an end product. |
